Yes. The main Characters count includes spaces, punctuation and line breaks. The Without spaces count shows the total with all whitespace removed.

How are reading and speaking time calculated?
Reading time assumes about 238 words per minute and speaking time assumes about 150 words per minute, which are typical averages for adults.
